A deposit of $25 may be required for same-day or weekend appointments. This deposit is fully refundable if canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you fail to appear or do not provide access to your home, the deposit will be forfeited, and a rescheduling fee of $25 will apply.
We allow one free reschedule with 24+ hours notice. Additional changes may incur a fee.
We waive fees for cancellations due to medical emergencies, severe weather, or technician illness.
