Smart TV Setup provides professional TV mounting, smart TV configuration, and streaming device setup. We do not provide internet service, TV subscriptions, streaming accounts, or digital content.

2. Pricing & Payment

All services are quoted in advance. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit, and digital payments.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe access to the installation area
• Supply your own streaming account credentials (if applicable)
• Ensure wall condition is suitable for mounting

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing wall damage
• TV or device malfunction unrelated to installation
• Loss of data or content on your devices

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to install unauthorized software, circumvent copyright protections, or access illegal content.
